I checked the bellows and They give the impression of being good (apart from exhaust bellow). Being on the safe aspect I took it to a small boat repair shop. They took a "rapid appear" to view if they might see what it absolutely was, they agree the bellows, shift boot, etcetera are Okay but have not looked at it enough to diagnose the problem.Othe
